How ApnaLead collects, uses and protects the information you share through this website.

Last updated: 12 August 2026

Overview

This policy explains what information ApnaLead collects through this website, why we collect it and what we do with it. It applies to this website only — not to any client system we build or operate on a client's behalf, which is governed by that client's own policy.

Information we collect

We collect two kinds of information:

  • Information you give us. When you submit an enquiry form we receive the name, phone number, email address, company, business type, city, requirement and message you enter, along with the page the form was submitted from.
  • Information collected automatically. Standard web analytics such as pages viewed, approximate location, device and browser type, and how you arrived at the site. This is collected through the analytics and advertising tools listed below, where they are enabled.

Why we use it

  • To respond to your enquiry and to have a useful first conversation.
  • To send information you have asked for about our services or products.
  • To understand how the website is used and improve it.
  • To measure the performance of our own marketing campaigns.

What we do not do

We do not sell your contact information. We do not share it with third parties for their own marketing. We do not add you to unrelated mailing lists because you submitted an enquiry.

Cookies and tracking

This website may use the following services, each of which sets cookies or collects usage data. They are enabled only when the corresponding identifier is configured:

  • Google Analytics — website usage measurement.
  • Google Tag Manager — tag and script management.
  • Google Ads — advertising conversion measurement.
  • Meta Pixel — advertising measurement for Facebook and Instagram campaigns.
  • LinkedIn Insight Tag — advertising measurement for LinkedIn campaigns.

How long we keep it

Enquiry details are retained for as long as needed to respond and, where a working relationship follows, for the duration of that relationship plus any period required for legal or accounting purposes. You can ask us to delete your details at any time.

Your choices

You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. You can also ask us to stop contacting you, and we will. Most browsers allow you to block or delete cookies, which will limit the automatic collection described above.

Security

Enquiry data submitted through this website is transmitted over an encrypted connection and access is restricted to the people who need it in order to respond. No system is perfectly secure, and we do not claim otherwise, but we take reasonable measures appropriate to the sensitivity of the data involved.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the website or our practices change. The date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.
