The approach

How We Run Conversion API & Tracking.

Browser tracking degrades a little more every year. Server-side events send conversions from your infrastructure instead of the user's browser — which means the platforms optimise on complete data rather than a fraction of it.

Meta Conversion API

Deduplicated server events matched against pixel data for full-signal delivery.

Google Enhanced Conversions

Hashed first-party data improves match rates without exposing customer information.

Offline conversion import

Site visits, bookings and closures fed back so platforms learn what a real customer looks like.

Consent-aware

Implemented with data-handling responsibility, not around it.

Scope

What You Get.

Every engagement is scoped to your market and sales capacity, but these are the components that make up a conversion api & tracking programme.

Questions

Conversion API & Tracking — Straight Answers.

The things clients usually ask before they start.

Yes. The two work together — browser and server events are deduplicated so the platform sees one complete picture rather than double-counting or missing conversions.

It can be, and it must be implemented that way. Server-side tracking is a technical improvement in data quality, not a means of working around consent. We implement it with appropriate restraint around personal data.

A monthly management fee for campaign and system management, separate from media spend, which you pay directly to the platforms. The fee depends on scope, number of channels and how much technology work is involved. We quote after the first call, not before.

A monthly performance report covering qualified leads, cost per qualified lead, source performance and conversion rates — plus dashboard access for anything you want to check in between. If a number looks bad, it appears in the report before you ask about it.

We usually ask for an initial period long enough for the work to be judged fairly, because campaigns need learning time. Beyond that we would rather keep clients on results than on paperwork.

First leads typically arrive within days of launch. A reliable read on cost per qualified lead takes four to six weeks, and meaningful optimisation compounds from there. Anyone promising a transformation in week one is guessing.
