A plotted development where investor trust and live inventory accuracy mattered more than enquiry volume.

The challenge

Buyers hesitated over approval status and title clarity, while the sales team quoted plots from a spreadsheet that was updated at the end of each day — occasionally selling the same plot twice.

What we did

  • Led creative with approvals, connectivity and infrastructure progress rather than price
  • Split investor and end-user audiences into separate campaigns with distinct offers
  • Moved plot inventory into ApnaLead Plot & Booking for live availability
  • Linked booking records to instalment schedules and channel partner commissions
  • Added site-progress content as a recurring retargeting sequence

What it changes

Marketing and inventory stop being separate systems. What the ad promises and what the sales team can actually sell stay in agreement.

A note on numbers. This page describes how we structure this kind of programme and which metrics we hold ourselves to. It does not publish a specific client's results — those are shared only with permission, in a call, with the context that makes them meaningful.
