A residential project needing consistent site visits rather than raw enquiry volume, with every lead traceable from ad to booking.
The challenge
The project was generating enquiries but the sales team reported that most were unreachable or far outside the price band. Nobody could say which campaigns produced the site visits that actually happened.
What we did
- Rebuilt audience structure around budget-qualified and location-relevant segments
- Replaced generic lead forms with configuration and budget qualification questions
- Connected Meta and Google leads into the CRM with full campaign attribution
- Set an instant WhatsApp acknowledgement plus a five-minute call SLA for the sales team
- Fed completed site visits back as offline conversions so platforms optimised toward them
What it changes
The programme shifts the conversation from "how many leads did we get" to "what did a completed site visit cost, and which campaign produced it" — which is the only version of the question a sales head can act on.
A note on numbers. This page describes how we structure this kind of programme and which metrics we hold ourselves to. It does not publish a specific client's results — those are shared only with permission, in a call, with the context that makes them meaningful.
